I wonder what's worse, a bad album or a boring album? There's lot to complain/write about a bad album, but it's hard to write something about a boring album.

This is probably Alex's best album to date but this is also quite a boring album. 8 of the 11 songs are ballads, which all have similar melody. Of the 3 ballads, 2 are advertisement/cartoon theme songs.

First plug song is track 7 "Zero Excuse", which the MTV was more interesting than the song itself. Listening to the album you can actually figure out which is/will be a plug song, because Alex seems like he puts a little more effort into them. The other plug song in the album is Track 1 "Gracious", which surprisingly did very well in the music charts.

Alex's vocal has really improved, at least none of the songs were awkward. But at the same time he lacks a little "heart" in his singing, everything just sounded too technical.

Rating: 7/10
