Ekin Cheng

Originally known as Dior Cheng, Ekin may be the most unique singer in the Hong Kong music indutry.
He may not have the talent to sing (he admitted that), but his albums always seem to have great songs that
become instant hits among fans. Some of the earlier hits included "No Need to Cry", "Until The Earth And
Sky Disappear", and "Still Loving Deeply".
His popularity grew, especially with young males, when he starred in the famous "Young And Dangerous" movie
series. Furthermore, he also was a key actor in "The Stormriders", one of the best Hong Kong movies of 1998.
Ekin made headlines in many newspapers as rumours of him leaving long-time girlfriend, Maggie Siu,
for young singer, Gigi Leung, have surfaced. Although both initially neither admitted nor denied the
allegations, Gigi and Ekin have been a couple for some time now.
