Winnie was nicknamed "Students' Dream Lover" due to her popularity with high school students.
She enjoyed, just like the other three "Flowers" from her first record company, Universal, a short,
yet successful career that included such hits as "When The Sun Sets In The West" and "Change! Revolution
of Love".
When there was a contractual disagreement with Universal in 1994, Winnie decided to switch to BMG
Records and released the album "Still Loving", one of the first albums with a revolutionary elegant
package design (the long box style).
Winnie gradually disappeared from the music industry, and in 1997 she
married Edmond So, one of the members
from the Hong Kong music group, "Grasshopper". Their first child was born in the same year.
"The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him
and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too."
(Samuel Butler)
