Look what I found!

I showed MB (we just finished working out together) my very old, old website from 1998, and stumbled across two poems I wrote for the personal section of the site. YES, POEMS! (It even surprised ME that they were written!)
Here they are:
Poem 1
Magical Moments...
Friendship is a river of memories, wishes, ambition, and love. A river that flows through hardship and pain to make life beautiful under the stars. Its bond captures the light to make dark moments bearable; a smile that kisses the tears away. Friendship is forever. It's magical.
Under that poem, this was written: "NOTE: Please respect intellectual property rights and do not copy the poem I wrote above. It was written specifically for a friend of mine." How funny, it was written for Kim before we dated
Good memories...
Poem 2
Life is a Rollercoaster Ride
Sometimes, when things go wrong and the world seems dark and empty, a special friend will lift you up in spirit, and help you see that there is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open, to let your smile make that dark and empty world suddenly seem bright and full. And if you lose your way, your forever friend will guide and cheer you on. You have a friend forever, and forever has no end.
The last sentence was taken from somewhere else, I think.
Thought I'd share that with you guys.
Michael
