I really like the 3D one at Disneyland... I know how it's made, but saw no-one else show it online. You know how when you take that Haunted House ride, there are some statues that seem to look at you no matter where you go? I studied that effect in San Francisco's Exploratorium where they had a similar effect on display. Upon closer inspection and re-adjusting your eyes, I was amazed how that "follow" effect was accomplished. Simple, yet highly effective!
