Anti-Spam Mechanisms for Forum, Status update on HKSS 5.0

A new mechanism has been implemented today to combat bogus, automated registrations. Some additional usability features have been added as well.

I've finally had the chance to work on HKSS 5.0 some more. Ended up scrapping a previous layout that was used for the Superstars section and came up with a cleaner look.

I plan on publishing the new site as soon as possible even though many of the most popular sections won't be functional.
