Oh, what are you doing now?
I am working for Arbonne.com now. However, I think that I have outgrown the company at this stage, and am being tempted by a friend at another company with more duties and growth potential (or death, depending on how difficult the challenges will be.) Since I am still young, I'll take that risk and plan on being able to reap the rewards from these challenges. The added experience will hopefully further my career in the long-run
