ooh precinct 13 looks interesting.
i saw white noise 2 weeks ago. it was an ok movie. the thing that scared me the most was that they used real recordings! overall, there were too many holes in the movie....some things didn't make sense.

I'd like to see "Constantine" the movie with Keanu Reeves (my idol lol), anyone saw it ?
He was in Paris yesterday at "la fnac" (a kind of virgin megastore where you can find books, cds, dvds, tvs, cell phones, multimedia stuff, pcs and so on) for an interview and you could have a pass to get to the interview (in the public) but i heard of it too late, there was no pass left (it was free, you just have to among the first to ask for the pass) !
I was able to see Takeshi Kitano a few years ago thanks to this system (I had to queue for hours !!! and i hardly get that pass as i was on waiting list but i knew someone who knew someone working at the fnac so i succeeded hehehehe).
I want to see "a howl's castle" the new Miyazaki ! Anyone saw it ?

^_____________^.
who is Miyazaki ? is he a director that made all those japanese horror flicks?
i can't wait for World of Wars and Mr. and Mrs. Smith
The last movie i saw was Hide and Seek, the storyline, the director, the twist....it's all been-there-done-that sorta thing. I wasn't surprised or anything, but it just gave me the chillz for a bit.

For 2006, so far I have seen THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS: TOKYO DRIFT, SUPERMAN RETURNS, and MIAMI VICE (Being a big fan of the 80's television series). TOKYO DRIFT, I must say was an awesome movie...Fast cars, cool music, and hot girls/guys...Who could ask for anything more???!!! SUPERMAN RETURNS was almost like an updated version of the 1978 Christopher Reeve movie...But totally less fun and uninspirational. MIAMI VICE to me was a waste of time and money...No chemisty between the 'revised' Crockett and Tubbs...And what's up with Gong Li in the flick? A Chinese spouse for a South American drug lord??? There's no fun dialogue and no cool music or cool styling that the 80's series had. So that's it...I'm truly not a going to the theatre type of guy. Although WORLD TRADE CENTER looks tempting...In theatres today folks...August 9th.

Saw WORLD TRADE CENTER last Friday and I kind of enjoyed it. It was very emotional all through the film. A lot of footage from that dreadful day was used...Footage of close-ups I've never seen before. I'd recommend it, unless you really don't want to re-live the horrific event(s) that happened that day in NYC. After the film, everyone was quiet and I heard a few folks sniffling in the theatre. Another Oscar winner for Oliver Stone? Only time can tell.

I thought fast and furious was pretty entertianing, Superman returns was kinda bad for me, the whole plot just didn't make sense to me. I liked X-men III alot more. Priate of the cari. was pretty good, i didn't appreaciate the cliff hanger ending tho. The lake house was a decent movie, the da vinci code was alright, i kinda expected much more of a thrill ride... didn't get any thrill ride... i didn't read the book. posiedon was just bad movie period ! Mission impossible III was coool. Lucky number Slevin was a SICK movie, it was awesome ! The benchwarmers was a good movie too, i actually enjoyed it alot. basic instant 2 was not all that bad like the reviews... it wasn't good tho. Ice age: the meltdown wasn't that good.... i like the first one MUCh more.
I ahven't seen any movines since priate of the Cari.
